EDGE OF THE EARTH

LOG LINE:  Edge of the Earth is a western film about a gold mine hitting Coletown and the challenges it presents to the town folk with adventure and moments of tenderness unfolding.

SYNOPSIS: Kira finds Jake a local cowboy at home on the porch after the discovery of a murder in the local canyon. More murders followed it and he is pensive and finding quietude in the night contemplating the significance of recent events. Kira helps him relax and take in the beauty of the night. They bond beneath the night sky as their relationship grows.

Hansen and Morgan skulk into town shoot several people and steal gold they cause a ruckus and worry in the quiet little town of Coletown.  Meanwhile Josh and Kira head to the big city to sell gold he has purchased mined at the local new gold mine.  They arrive, he makes a good sale at the local jewellers and then have a night on the town together. They visit a local ghost town that has wild phenomenon of ghostly apparitions from an old town massacre Kira is thrilled with and Josh is freaked by completely. They return home to find more violence has erupted in their hometown. More people have been killed and robbed by Morgan and Hansen meanwhile mysterious new business men Smith and Smith are buying up business property quietly at gunpoint.

Josh asks Kira to move in with him to help run his Steer ranch. She does and trains herding the cattle. She is thrilled with the move and they become engaged to marry; he gives her a diamond ring he bought while at the big city. They grow deeply in love and find peace at his quiet home and ranch away from town.

Smith and Smith murder the pharmacist and owner of the local pharmacy and take over an attempt is made on Nancy’s life to take over the food market and Josh saves her life.  The local sheriff calls a town meeting and they decide to put guards outside local businesses towns men volunteer.

Kira leaves a mysterious note for Smith and Smith that gold is hidden in the safe abandoned in the ghost town to lure the men there. They receive it and sit on the idea for a while. Josh and Kira take a break to the Osis in the local desert where they have breathtaking moments of insight and bond closer in their relationship. On their last day there they meet Luke, Jake and Kelly three brothers who are on their way to the big city.  They agree to stop by Coletown on their way back curios about the criminal activity.

Maddie a pretty, mature, widowed dairy farmer meets with Josh and Kira to buy bulls for her dairy farm to breed more cows. They meet her son and have a good business transaction with her. She mentions  Smith and Smith wanted to buy out her farm she refused having a bad feeling about the men. She leaves the next morning with her bulls and heads back to her farm.

Josh and Kira ride to the big city with Luke and his brothers they see Hansen and Morgan on the way there also they alert the local Sheriff Lou a woman of the presence of the two criminals.  They visitors go about their day after a rest in the local hotel and see the two criminals head for ghost town. Sheriff Lou follows them and they arrive at ghost town filled with phenomenon of the dead and a final shoot out which kills Morgan and Hansen at the old bank. Josh saves the life of Sheriff Lou shooting the criminals to death as they threatened her and her deputy’s life in the shootout.  The gang celebrates in town with Sheriff Lou over dinner as the city and Coletown are safe.

Josh and Kira return home. Hank Maddie’s son has fallen in love with a young girl Geraldine finally and plan to wed. Kira finds herself with child from their lovemaking at the Oasis and are expecting. Maddison holds he wedding and great laughter and festivities ensue. All in the town are happy as the danger has passed as the film comes to its conclusion Kira and Josh are shown with their daughter Star who like a little star fell from the sky to be born to Kira.

LOG LINE: January Onward the Year is a poetic film about two people who find each other through the language of purity of communication from innocence like a refreshing slice through the mundane life and its irrelevant ponderings.

SYNOPSIS:  Laira is sitting and contemplating a meeting with a man a point in destiny of their creation. She is a technical writer for a company providing information on a variety of topics to corporations. Her meeting is with a man Dryden who distributes tarot cards to a wide market place of new age and book stores. By the lake they meet and converse where space time is stilled and words drop like gold into the moment of the meeting expanding their repertoire all around them in the beauty of the scene. Contrasting this sharply Alexa Laira’s friend and her have a conversation regarding studs and their demise being the perfect pick up picture to ‘sell themselves’ to women and how realities collide till you get back into a stream of your own truth.

Laira is assaulted by a driver and throws a rock at his windshield making a successful gateway. She decides to hold a conference with her magnificent love interest on defensive driving which produces hilarious results and novel items to help the driver on aggressive, hostile road ways.

Miriam is a corporate woman who has a daughter Kyla who is experiencing some rebellion they have a falling out after Kyla smashes Miriam’s car she sends her for spring break to her sister Laira to have a break from all the stress. Richard, Miriam’s long time boyfriend and her talk about getting more serious in their relationship having reached ac comfort zone of dating. Kyla learns how to do tarot spreads and how it engages some force within to read eh cards; that there is no psychic over us we are our own readers.

A book falls into the lives of the characters a novel set in the near future; the book becomes a point of intense conversation where several key story lines and characters are discussed in philosophical depth with humor and revelation.

Laira and Dryden attend an art exhibit where they are featuring the desecration of religion in a variety of themes. They peruse the offerings and discuss the deeper meaning of life and the rebellion the exhibit represents.

A box is left from a ghost of a burned down house in the shed and a boy finds it he takes it home and see visions of the deceased child in his life. He box makes its way to Miriam who finds she’s pregnant by Richard (to their shock and pleasant surprise) when Kyla returns home from visiting Laira. Dryden and Laira have grown closer since the advent of the instant family when Laira and his nephew who he brought over took partial hold of their day.

Passing of the months with a key event happening in the lives of the characters who move through progressive events in their lives with the final one; Dryden and Laira (who finds the ice of a diamond ring hidden in the snow covered tree) heralding  her engagement to Dryden ending the film.

   

BLOOD CODES - SYNOPSIS

LOG LINE: Blood Codes is a thriller with a lightning quick twist on immortality that will truly enrapture audiences ad enlighten them regarding the vampire myth.

SYNOPSIS: Aurora, Jason and Garth are three vampires who have a faint recollection of heir morbid creator Hans, a local coroner as they ravage the streets for victims to feed their blood lust. They enjoy a neighbor for dinner and continue on their escapades.  The police are called as victims are on the increase in the city and finally a forensic scientist Ivy is called to the case. Ivy consults with Alexander, an old world retired scholar; professor of history from the local university Alexander.

Dovelle, a mysterious visitor of the moody Alexander has growing concern over the course of events for a personal reason; she is a true immortal and the myth of the vampire coming true again in local history through current events has held the fascination of inverted immortality stories. She skulks through the alley ways keeping an eye on the streets and activities and finally one night is attacked by a group of them; her golden wings opening beating against the ground as she’s attacked and drained of a lot of blood. They leave her to die and she survives however and returns home to recover.

Meanwhile the group of vampires who attacked her are oddly ethereally glowing from having consumed the blood of her the effects of which teleported them out of the alley that night and are gradually fading away. They wonder about her what she was and finally forget and continue on with their sordid lives.

Garth and other Vampires begin to disclose how they died and ended up at the morgue where Hans resurrected them cold pre autopsy with an experimental drug not yet approved he stole to test. He succeeded in the resurrections of the victims and embedded an experimental program to see if the supernatural powers of the observer could be harnessed to hold the program and then enslave it to a reality of horror. His experiment has proven successful and set loose are over two hundred programmed vampires through the city.

Jillian, Wesley and friends enjoy music together and partying as vampires of the night inviting victims to their demise; another group of vampires on the prowl. They have an odd invitation from Hans to visit him for the tale of how they were created possibly if they bring Vitamin C as a gift for him. Dovelle Arrives first threatens him takes all his files naming the victims he resurrected and gives the files to police. Shortly after Wesley and his friends show up kill him and leave his home. The police embark on the strange case with the list of resurrected victims sought after and arrests begin with trips to the sanatorium and prisons.

Alexander and Dovelle ponder about that powerful program and how it may be lifted off the vampires that Hans enacted prior to his death with Ivy engaged in the topic as well. Some success they attain taking Aurora and Garth out of the illusion and they awaken out of it realizing what has happened to them. They lose the blood hunger and are cured.  Answers still remain for them unattained regarding the nature of Dovelle and what immortality really is for they have not yet seen that the god force within each creature ran the program of the vampire to its demise.

More vampires are caught and imprisoned in moments of dark humor through the film and revelation as they awaken from the Armageddon on their souls. Meanwhile Tim Ivy’s husband can’t take the somber mood of Ivy who’s on the case and plans a trip to Vegas. He leaves for the weekend of gambling with his friend Jeff who falls as victim to a vampiric attack in the elevator of their hotel. Tim is not impressed makes marriage jokes and accompanies Jeff to the hospital to save his life. The weekend is ruined and they return home a day late with six grand winnings for Tim he decides to give to Ivy as a gift to make amends for skipping town.

All the vampires are finally caught and either put in the sanatorium or jail and the cured also turn themselves in for their arraignment likely to get off for temporary induced insanity leading to manslaughter if they see their appointed psychiatrists and cooperate.

Dovelle sees the quieting down of horrible crime in the city and is restored to joyfulness and a better future unfolding is predicted by her. Alexander experiences a twist of fate under odd circumstances and meets a love interest on a ‘stolen’ date saving her from another mundane set up. The movie ends on this note with a lightness of magical occurrences replacing the problems the city has faced.

GOD THE CONQUEROR - SYNOPSIS

LOG LINE: God the Conqueror is a story about young entrepreneurs engaging in a wild idea for a new business that brings revelations to the inner workings of everyday life.

SYNOPSIS: Toby a British immigrant sells his antique business and joins Fabian who sells his dry cleaning business to open Lounge Lizards with Mindy Toby’s partner. She creates Baby Avenue; a nursing area for shopping moms in the back garden area of the private property they buy at an auction. Lounge Lizards is decorated by an interior design school as a project with funding from the company to create a highly variable, eclectic environment for staff breaks in the down town city core.

Tiffany a model joins the team and adds her unusual humor and glamorous style to the place taking the weekend shift. A grand opening brings in patrons for a successful week of promotion. The Baby venue rotunda is built and mothers attend with entertainment provided by Tiffany on the weekend for the moms. A small amount of chaos ensues with last minute items attended to in the running of the business.

A crowd of downtown staff arrives at the various lounge rooms; Marion a psychic pay roll manager from a department store, Sheila who finds out her husband is cheating on her, insurance salesmen, fashion sales people and others who have their interesting moments of conversation and life events in the staff lounge building.

Tiffany and Toby date and fall in love sharing their admiration of elegance in dining, decor, ball room dance and other retro modernized hobbies.  Unique wit they also share with each other and their work mates in the business which involves unique situations of tactical merit and humor. Odd patrons begin to arrive at the Lounge Lizards; Nihan a charity fund raiser for African children redirected to local college grads in need of funding with Mindy agreeing to have a donation area at their business for the young grads.

Aryana a mysterious woman with three doves walks into Lounge Lizards and warns the patrons on the ninth floor in the Dream lounge room of an impending bombing at a local bank nearby.  Toby locks the building down and they wait till it’s contained by police.  Perpetrators are caught; victims of a freak accident of the bomb detonator going off early killing the thief and alarming his accomplices. The messenger leaves the area later and disappears into thin air.

An African man comes in with a story about a young boy who carts baobab fruit lying on the ground ignored to communities where there are hungry children; he teaches them how to consume it. Mindy’s mother has a stroke she travels to see her she improves from her company and stories about the business.  Mindy returns home and her and Toby decide to buy furniture for their new home early.

Mindy, Fabian, Toby and Tiffany discuss time and it’s illusion and how the golden hour has no linear time when the mechanical wizard is put to rest and the inspiration of those living fully unfolds beyond local space time.  

ORCHIDS IN THE MIRROR - SNOPSIS

Log line:  A romantic, comedy drama about two professional women who are leaders in their chosen field through original conceptualization of their work.  Set around these sassy, modern women are other characters who provide inspiration, challenges and enhance personal evolution.

Synopsis:  Cassia, lover of art deco and classic styling    inherited a failing Winery from her deceased father.  She has only her own courage to rely on in order to make Cassias’ Heritage; her winery a success.  Mitsuka owns her own highly successful architectural firm and handles her clients with understated poise.  She is encouraging of Cassia’s endeavors and handles Rosemary, her visiting, neurotic mother with unconditional patience and humor until she dies suddenly.  An unconventional resolution takes place suggested by Jasuma, Cassia’s eclectic professional painter who was hired by Mitsuka to redecorate part of Cassia’s estate home.  Ron, the next door neighbor adds color with his disarming demeanor and love of reconditioning antique cars.  Cassia’s sister Amanda visits for the funeral where the women sneak wine to the grave site to avoid depression over the death and coax the priest to drink with them during the service.  Important turning points and confessions occur in the three women’s lives after the funeral when they return to Cassia’s place and deal with Rosemary’s death.

Wine is fermented and crafted magically by Cassia with the help of her growth and pesticide advisor Herb who is easily bribed to show up on short notice with his love of chocolate chip cookies.  Mitsuka surprises Cassia by putting up for sale her downtown condo to move in with Cassia.  A wine tasting is held that gives Cassia the results she desired to be fully confident in entering the last wine festival of the year.  Cassia attends the festival and enters two of her wines in the white and red categories.  She meets Elena a rival who is silently prejudicial and enjoys robbing confidence of weak people.  Failing completely to do so with Cassia, however who although ethereal looking is quietly immovable in her confidence.  A partly depressed young entrant failing to win Cassia over as a potential date confides in her some of his failings in commitment to his craft.  Rescued by winning the silver medal Cassia leaves the event where Elena the previous silver medal winner wins nothing.  A dinner at their mutual friend’s restaurant Le Forêt with Jasuma features the topic of depressed youth, antiquated politics and how cataclysmic realities may be avoided. 

Winding down from Mitsuka’s contractual obligations and Cassia’s winery celebration Cassia goes shopping to books a business trip to Glastonbury to research an earth’s lay line friendly village builder who is providing some of the building technology that she is incorporating into her design.  Ron and Mary join them for a drink and discuss the lay lines and different vortexes on earth and how the mind of people living in those areas affects the planet in anticipation of their trip to Glastonbury.  Jasuma is back the next day with Mitsuka’s new home office wall paint that Cassia this time arranged as a surprise to celebrate her moving in.

Amanda her sister moves to town and helps Cassia run the winery. She meets Denise an attractive woman who owns a paint store and they begin an affair. Denise has a dirty talking parrot and falls for Amanda’s charms. He introduces her to Cassia who likes her and she herself has a proposal from Mitsuka to marry heating their relationship up.  Mitsuka continues to find success in architecture and Cassia’s wines begin to win awards.

Denise and Amanda hit the party scene for a wild night with Cassia and Amanda at a lesbian private party. The girls go wild with some engaging in topless dancing and takeover of the party begins by giddy and brave patrons. Mitsuka decides to finally take an Island holiday with Cassia and after a night of loud lusty lovemaking between Denise and Amanda, the next day a humorous moment of carrying luggage to the door for their trip is acted out by Cassia with orgasmic overtones teasing the other couple. Mitsuka and Cassia finally hit the beach in the Caymen Islands in the final scene of the film. 

Most of the characters in this movie are cynics as far as bunk is concerned religion even old new ageism their spirituality comes out in how they live; perusing careers, their relationships; artistry even the lovemaking that is depicted as heavenly. Ideally this film has a very good cinematographer that captures 'life' as picturesque and the ethereal beauty of women contrasting with their strength in the work world and moments of sharp wit. 

                        

CLOUD NINE - SYNOPSIS

CLOUD 9 AND A SLICE OF CHEESE©

LOG LINE: Cloud 9 and a Slice of Cheese is a slightly dark, slightly campy yet stylish film set in the 50’s dealing with L.A life during the grey alien invasion with shocking twists of revelation.

SYNOPSIS: Eclectic patrons visit the Cloud 9 Bar in Los Angeles during the late 50’s. Cat and Dick a modern young couple with an edge frequent the establishment and meet Ivan a Russian immigrant who is into low key organized crime unknown to most who are no in his crime circles. Detective Harris and Smith visit the bar to question Ivan about an old friend Squigley who recently robbed an armored truck. He denies any connection to the activity as it’s a fifteen year dated lead and they leave.

Betty’s Diner experiences phenomenon of two men dropping off a grey alien leaving it in one of her booths on the table. Ivan and Virginia an attractive secretary meet walking into the diner over the body. He takes it off Betty’s hands to sell to a contact of his.  The detectives show up at his apartment he lies Betty is insane; there is no alien body. They leave and he arranges Jonsey Lowerman to view the body (on ice in a meat packer’s storage) for purchase. Lowerman shows up and buys it for twenty grand.

The young gang of friends, Cat, Dick, Jake, Danny, a young cop and Kelly a car racer hang out at the pool hall and racing track for Kelly’s big race in fine style of ‘modern’ young 50’s people.

Meanwhile L.A. continues to experience grey alien phenomenon of shot down disks mysteriously vaporized with the evidence disappearing largely except for a handful of incidences. The activity is all the rage with some and tight lipped denial for others.

Ivan and Virginia pretend Ivan is an invalid after a car accident they invite Squigley to dinner with a fake sob story he gives them money for covering for him with the detectives.

The CIA shows up and interviews Betty Fred and Harriet; two people who’s field was ‘vandalized’ with a crop circle forming mysteriously. They shut them up and leave to see what else is brewing in L.A. regarding UFO’s. Only sources reporting the UFO activity are tabloids; regular paper claims they are a hoax. Cat has déjà seeing photos Danny sneaks out of the police station (agreed to by detectives since CIA is showing up to confiscate the files the next day).

Ivan meets Irving who sells him secret photos of the greys making crop circles. Ivan sells them to Lowerman for his in house secret museum of ‘artifacts’ of extra terrestrial origin.

Squigley is robbed of a carving he made by a grey who visits his hide out and it is dropped for the detectives to find.

Lowerman’s following grows visiting his display as more join the secret society of ‘disclosure’ of ET’s being real.  Meanwhile Ivan’s relationship with Virginia heats up and he involves her in his money laundering operation. Cat is pregnant with Dick’s baby seeing the crop circle seeding connection more each day. Marion a psychic does a reading explaining the ET’s seeding and predicted timeline for the USA amongst movie stars and Washington DC government activity hay day. She warns Ivan of the dangers of organized crime growing. She mentions the challenges of planned awakening of people according to how the seeds live in society; what can hinder the awakening or it has to wait future generations to do it.

Organized crime heats up and the Gangster Squad is formed harassing the Dragna mob family as Danny is promoted and joins it and goes undercover. Lowerman is still a hit Ivan fakes a CIA raid of his premises to rob crooks for the full money stolen stash of theirs to be his. It works and he keeps the money.

Virginia lies to Ivan she’s pregnant by an ex flame as her clandestine affair with Jake heats up. He gives her money for her pregnancy and she leaves him with a suitcase of laundered money. She gets pregnant for real with Jake’s baby and lives the luxurious life of shopping.

Ivan meets Petrushka a blond Russian consulate’s daughter at the Cloud 9. She gets pregnant and he finally leaves organized crime. All the babies are born to the three couples they enjoy parenthood and navigate the L.A crime scene and ET’s activity.

A shift to the wild 60’s is shown with Desiree, Petrov and Milton; the couple’s three children attending a wild drug and sex party in their college years. Meanwhile the bartender at the Cloud 9 winds down reading of drug induced LSD deaths from escalating drug use by the youth of the 60’s. He decides to close the bar as they encroach upon it to plan drug taking escapades on his premises. An ominous revelation is left with the viewers of what delayed mass awakening in the last two generations as the film closes poignantly with the close of the 50’s era heralding the 60’s wildness with its risks.   

 

NIBIRU - SYNOPSIS

NIBIRU

LOG LINE:  Nibiru is the first movie of two about the people of Anu and their way of life on their Home planet which begins to distance itself from the local sun and they venture to Earth to find a new home.

SYNOPSIS:  Nammu notices the temperature is five degrees cooler consistently looking out onto the land from her high tower covered with solar collecting crystals.  She looks out to the land of Anu, her husband’s ex wife’s Ki’s property where cherished Baobab groves are tended to with a herd of longnecks used for harvest labour.

More Northern tribes are experiencing problems with the temperature change; the house of Kirin and the house of Raitan. A Kirin leader attacks the house of Raitan for food which they did not agree to sell to Kirin because of shortages they experienced. Raitan’s leader is killed and their stores are pillaged. Angrily Laila the leader’s wife condemns the Kirin invaders and slips them a bottle of poisoned wine resulting in the Kirin’s leader’s death upon returning home. Back at the house of Anu and Nammu the news spreads of the violence and problems in more Northern regions and some concern they have regarding the events that occurred. Nammu ventures to meet with both leader’s wives and peaceful resolution ensues.

Kirin and Raitan people scout for new land to build new cities away from the frigid temperatures. Nammu assists Laila in a scout trip to find new ground and Kaila and her people do same to move their people preserving their lives.

Years later life in The house of Anu and Nammu is prosperous their vineyards and marketplace is flourishing they have established trade with the others and more children are born heralding the final arrival of Inanna and Dmuzi two key characters who are to join the party who finally ventures to Earth when cataclysms and temperature drops increase endangering even the southwest areas of Nibiru lands and their communities.

A voyage of many craft built for the scout ensues to Earth with Anu’s family first. They land near the Mediterranean ocean and inhabit the region from there to the Euphrates river building up on the land. A great Ziggurat for initiation is built, Andromedan people engage the new society and help seed some of the different races spread across the planet. New hive communities are built by the people of Anu and the many years long move to Earth ensue as conditions worsen on Nibiru.

Meso culture natives plan an attack on the house of Anu and Nammu on Earth and fly to Mars; an arid desert to build their military operations unseen over flights above Earth. They build atomic bombs from local uranium and plutonium and Enki gets word of their activities they attack to stop them however many are killed in the wars over the planet resulting in Inanna’s craft downed on Mars where she dies a horrible death suffocating and burned.  The people of Anu rebuild and people of Earth migrate to different areas to begin again. Nibiru dies finally floating out of its atmosphere now a block of ice.

Earth’s people continue to proliferate in forty thousand years in the time of Hathor as those who are saved have rebuilt and re colonized.
