line: The Flight Attendant holds dear the inspiration searched for
by the characters in the film and their families in this coming of age tale
that takes the viewer through city school life to the peaceful country side
where minds meet for the appreciation of cherished moments and laughter.
Personal evolution on a grand level hits high school graduates and their
families in odd meetings of events like a real stigma that challenges the
illusion of the unknown and bequeaths a twist of the brilliant unexpected in a
surprising turn of events.
Synopsis:
Mathew and Sandy two high school students live an adventurous year with their
other school mates with eye opening moments hitting the highlights of the film.
Laura is an executive at a law firm and is single she meets Blake a business
man who has a great sense of humor and is a good match for Laura finally who
has been single for along time. Faith Maddison’s aunt is a religious fanatic
who has a stigmata and realizes what the illusion is with the help of Paul
Madison’s boyfriend who has had real phenomenon playing football and Faith leaves
her religion.
Matthew
lives far away from his high school with his mother and father on the potato
farm and he dates Sandy over the course of the year. Matthew goes camping with
his friends where they encounter a bear who raids their tent and then the trip
has peaceful moments of time away from the busy city life. Sandy
his girlfriend has a love of writing and helps Matthew who desires to study
photography his hobby do a book for publishing on his dad’s business.
Maddison’s
life is changed from a popular elitist attitude by the stigmata and the changes
in her aunt Faith; she has greater understanding of the power within that Paul
has shared with them from his experience.
Other
high school friends of Matthew’s and Sandy’s find humorous situations that make
the year engaging with the culmination of the grad prom and after grad party
hosted by Matthew at his farm.
Matthew
leaves the farm after graduation to pursue his dreams of photography school
wrapping up the film with the theme of ‘the flight attendant,’ attending to
one’s dreams and flight of the spirit.
